This album was recorded on July 18, 1960 at the Fine Recording Studio in New York City, employing four Neumann U-47 microphones.
The disc masters were cut directly from the master tapes on a Neumann lathe, employing the SX45 cutter head. (fequency response flat within 2DB from 30 cycles to 15,000 cycles).
